Questions
What do I need on the day?
The V5C logbook in your name, photo ID that matches it, both keys if you have them, and any service history. If there's finance, we'll need the settlement details from your lender.
Can I sell a car that still has finance on it?
Yes. We pay your lender directly and send you whatever is left over. If you owe more than the car is worth, we'll tell you up front.
Will the price change when you see the car?
Only if the car isn't as described, for example damage or warning lights we weren't told about. If that happens we'll show you exactly why, and you're free to say no.
How do I get paid?
By bank transfer to an account in the registered keeper's name, before we take the keys. We don't pay in cash.
Which cars do you buy?
Most cars and small vans, including ones with high mileage or that need some work. Send us the details and we'll always give you an honest answer.
Am I committed once I ask for an offer?
